Q. WHAT TIME ARE YOUR SHOWS
A. Monday Through Thursday, our shows start at 7:30pm. Friday, our shows start at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Saturday, our shows start at 7pm and 9:30pm. Sunday, our shows start at 7pm. There will be occaisonal exceptions to these start times, please visit our calendar page for exact showtimes.
Q. HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHOWS?
A. Most shows average about an hour and 45 minutes.
Q. WHICH BART STATION ARE YOU CLOSE TO?
A. The closest BART station is DUBLIN/PLEASANTON. Get off the train on the Pleasanton side, walk down Owens Drive, past Hopyard, and Tommy T's will be on your left hand side.

Q. IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
A. Dress is casual
Q. HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?
A. You can call the box office starting at 10am Monday through Saturday and starting at 3pm on Sunday. The number for the Tommy T's Box Office is (925) 227-1800. You can also come by during business hours. Tickets can also be purchased online via our website.
Q. HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY FOR A GROUP OF 20 PEOPLE OR MORE.
A. Please contact our general manager at (925) 227-1800.
Q. WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN?
A. 6:30pm for the 7:30pm showtime. 6pm for the 7pm showtime. Doors open at 9:30pm for 9:30pm showtimes.
Q. WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET THERE?
A. General Admission for the EARLY SHOWS should arrive up to 1 hour early, seating is first come-first served so the earlier the better.
Reserved Admission for the EARLY SHOWS are requested to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to showtime (these seats are saved) and are welcome to come earlier. Our kitchen and bar open when we open, typically two hours prior to showtime for early shows.
General Admission for the LATE SHOWS should arrive a minimum of 30 prior to showtime and check in at the will call window (if you don't already have your tickets in your hand). Seating is first come-first served so the earlier the better. You will be required to wait outside while we clean-up from the early show.
Reserved Admission for the LATE SHOWS should arrive 15 prior to showtime if you have your tickets in hand and 30 minutes if you need to check-in at will call. (either way these seats are saved). You will have to wait outsidewhile we clean-up from the early show. Our kitchen and bar are open during all of our late shows.
Q. WHAT IS THE SEATING LIKE?
A. General seating is first come/first served. Reserved seating is saved.
Q. DO YOU HAVE RESERVED SEATING?
A. Yes, tickets are $10 more per ticket unless you are with a group of 10 or more. YOU MUST call the club if you plan on attending with a group of 10 or more for reservations.
Q. HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?
A. Ticket prices vary by performer and from night to night. Check the calendar page for a full listing of tickets prices for all shows currently on sale.
Q. IS THERE A 2 DRINK MINIMUM?
A. There is a 2 item minimum per person. Any drink or food combination.
Q. HOW MUCH ARE DRINKS?
A. The price varies depending on what you are drinking, but the range is from $4 to upwards of $10.
Q. WHAT IF I DON'T DRINK?
A. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
Q. CAN I BUY FOOD INSTEAD OF DRINKS?
A. Yes, you can buy any 2 items on our menu to satisfy our minimum.
Q. WHAT KIND OF FOOD DO YOU HAVE?
A. We have a full dinner menu with everything from appetizers to entrees and desserts. Check our menu page.
Q. WHAT IF I LOST MY ID?
A. Everyone is required to have a valid photo ID to purchase alcohol or use a credit card. We are a 17-year old and up venue.
Q. DO YOU HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?
A. All shows are 17 and over. There will be some exceptions.
Q. CAN I SWITCH FROM THE 7:30pm SHOW to the 9:30pm SHOW? OR FROM ONE DAY TO ANOTHER?
A. Please call the club at 925-227-1800, and have your current ticket info handy. Tommy T's will do their best to accomodate your request, but there are no refunds.
Q. CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DIDN'T USE MY TICKETS?
A. All tickets are non-refundable once they are charged. There are no day of show cancellations. If you bought tickets online the tickets are non-refundable and you cannot cancel them, as per the instructions given on the website when you purchase them.
Q. CAN I GIVE MY TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
A. We require the purchaser to pick up the tickets showing matching credit card and ID- if you do not have matching credit card and ID your order will be deleted and you will have to re-purchase- you can come early to pick up tickets and give them to someone else- make sure you bring your ID and matching credit card.
Q. IS THERE A WAY TO GET TICKETS FOR A SHOW EVEN IF YOU ARE SOLD OUT?
A. Most shows will have a stand-by line that starts around half an hour before showtime. If any tickets become available, if will be a first come - first served basis.
