FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHAT TIME ARE YOUR SHOWS
A. Monday Through Thursday, our shows start at 7:30pm. Friday, our shows start at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Saturday, our shows start at 7pm and 9:30pm. Sunday, our shows start at 7pm.

2. HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHOWS?
A. Most shows average about an hour and 45 minutes.

3. HOW DO I GET THERE?
A. Please visit our directions page for detailed directions on how to get here.

4. IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
A. Dress is casual

5. HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?
A. You can call the box office starting at 10am Monday through Saturday and starting at 3pm on Sunday. The number for the Tommy T's Box Office is 916-357-5233. You can also come by during business hours. Tickets can also be purchased online via our website.

6. HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY FOR A GROUP OF 20 PEOPLE OR MORE.
A. Please contact our general manager at 916-357-5233.

7. WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN?
A. 5:30pm for the 7:30pm showtime. 5pm for the 7pm showtime. Doors open at 9:30pm for 9:30pm showtimes.

8. WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET THERE?
A. We recommend you show up 2 hours before the scheduled showtime for the early show. For the late show, please show up at least 30 minutes before the scheduled showtime.

9. WHAT IS THE SEATING LIKE?
A. General seating is first come/first served. Reserved seating is saved.

10. DO YOU HAVE RESERVED SEATING?
A. Yes, tickets are $10 more per ticket unless you are with a group of 10 or more. YOU MUST call the club if you plan to come with a group 10 or more.

11. HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?
A. Ticket prices vary by performer and from night to night. Check the calendar page for a full listing of tickets prices for all shows currently on sale.

12. IS THERE A 2 DRINK MINIMUM?
A. There is a 2 item minimum. Any drink or food combination.

13. HOW MUCH ARE DRINKS?
A. The price varies depending on what you are drinking, but the range is from $4 to upwards of $10.

14. WHAT IF I DON'T DRINK?
A. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

15. CAN I BUY FOOD INSTEAD OF DRINKS?
A. Yes, you can buy any 2 items on our menu to satisfy our minimum.

16. WHAT KIND OF FOOD DO YOU HAVE?
A. We have a full dinner menu with everything from appetizers to entrees and desserts. Check our menu page.

17. WHAT IF I LOST MY ID?
A. Everyone is required to have a valid photo ID to enter to club. We are a 17-year old and up venue.

18. DO YOU HAVE AN AGE LIMIT?
A. All shows are 17 and over with a Valid ID.

19. CAN I SWITCH FROM THE 7:30pm SHOW to the 9:30pm SHOW? OR FROM ONE DAY TO ANOTHER?
A. All tickets are non-exchangable.

20. CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DIDN'T USE MY TICKETS?
A. All tickets are non-refundable once they are charged.

21. CAN I GIVE MY TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
A. We require the ticket holder to pick up the tickets using a photo ID. If you bought tickets online and would like someone else to pick them up, you can change the name for pick-up in your order on your account.

22. IS THERE A WAY TO GET TICKETS FOR A SHOW EVEN IF YOU ARE SOLD OUT?
A. Most shows will have a stand-by line that starts around half an hour before showtime. If any tickets become available, if will be a first come - first served basis.
