He says he was inspired by his father who was the entertainer of all their family reunions. Joey had a little setback with 4th stage Cancer but realized how laughter saved him and decided to hit the stage to spread this healing art. He has opened for the Black Eyed Peas, The Jabbawockeez, Bruno Mars and Al B Sure who is his twin better looking imaginary brother.
