Wayne began his comedy career in 1998, and quickly established a reputation as one of the city's most outrageous young performers. A 2004 shooting left Wayne paralyzed from the waist down, but he returned to the stage, and continues to crack up audiences around the Bay Area and beyond. In 2011, Wayne won the Bay Area Black Comedy Competition and the Central Valley Comedy Competition, and he's opened for comedy stars including D.L. Hughley and Katt Williams.
